MoMa timeout problems

Many users reported timout errors when trying to talk to the COM port. It seems that many phones require a small delay of 500ms after opening the COM port to be ready to accept commands. If you discovered timeout problems, pls try the new build.

MoMa fixes

I have disabled RTS/CTS, this may help for those who haven't been able to communicate with the phone. Please try it and give me some feedback.

My first project on netlabs

This is my first netlabs project written with Pascal. You need Virtual Pascal to compile it. All non standard units are included.
